ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT SINCE THE VESSEL COULD BE FISHING IN MEXICAN WATERS.

Trip information:

Full meals will be served each day. Our chef will try to accommodate any dietary requirements and restrictions. A 2-week advance notice is required for specific menus and all requests are considered. 

The listed charter price does not include fuel surcharge, tackle, rental gear, beverages, gratuities or 
fishing licenses unless otherwise indicated. Any additional expenses will be on tab and due at the end 
of the trip.

The required passenger information for a U.S. Coast Guard and Mexican Immigration manifest must be 
furnished to our office 2 weeks prior to departure. Full name, Address, Telephone number, Birthdate, 
Birthplace, Passport # and expiration date is required.

For the safety of your passengers, and the concern of our Crew, please inform the Captain before departure 
of any known medical conditions or prescribed medications taken by any passenger. This information is 
important to our Captain and Crew to avert any incident and will remain confidential. 

Shortly before departure, every passenger will receive a copy of the Polaris Supreme Acknowledgment of 
Risks document. They will be asked to read it before sign-in and sign a master copy verifying that they received a copy, have read, and understand the document. 

No illegal narcotics (including medical marijuana) or firearms are permitted aboard. All persons in the possession of or under the influence of intoxicants shall, at the discretion of the Captain, be refused permission to board or will be required to disembark without refund.
